Schools may cancel their subscription at any time by contacting us or through the platform (if available).
Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle
Continued access will remain available until the subscription expires

Misuse or abuse of the platform is detected

All payments are non-refundable once the subscription has started.

If a free trial is offered:
Users will not be charged during the trial period
No refunds apply once the trial converts to a paid subscription
