3. Cancellation Policy

a. By Schools

Schools may cancel their subscription at any time by contacting us or through the platform (if available).

  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle

  • Continued access will remain available until the subscription expires


b. By Skooture.ai

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if:

  • Terms & Conditions are violated

  • Misuse or abuse of the platform is detected

  • Legal or compliance issues arise


4. Refund Policy

a. General Rule

All payments are non-refundable once the subscription has started.


b. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payments

  • Billing errors

  • Technical issues that prevent access to the platform (verified by our team)


c. Free Trials (if applicable)

If a free trial is offered:

  • Users will not be charged during the trial period

  • No refunds apply once the trial converts to a paid subscription
